We practice the plurality of leadership in the persons of church elders (bishops) and deacons (Philippians 1:1).

Pastor Jose L. Malacao is Pastor Emeritus of Brooke’s Point Bible Church. He was one of the original cofounders of the church and has been serving the Lord for over forty (40) years in different fields. He currently leads the prayer ministry of the Church.
Pastor Jose Malacao was saved in 1962 at Brooke’s Point, Palawan in a Sunday School Ministry. Since then, he grew in God’s Word and service to the Lord in remote areas of Palawan, teaching in Daily Vacation Bible School and Religious Instruction. In 1966, he felt the Lord's calling to full time service, and despite objections from his parents, the Lord clearly established and directed concerning His will. In 1973, Pastor Malacao went to Philippine Missionary Institute (PMI) for a Diploma course in Biblical Studies. After he graduated in 1975, he married Fe Esmeralda Catapusan on December 6, 1975. He served in one of the churches in Brooke’s Point for seven years and realized the need of further study for a Bachelor's degree. He then studied for one year and graduated with a Bachelor's in Theology. As the Lords continued to lead, he started to plant churches in Southern Palawan. At present, he continually spends his life in exalting the Savior, edifying the saints and evangelizing the lost, while also supporting Pastor Jethro (his son) in administering the church. |
